While we facilitate bookings, the actual services are provided by third-party suppliers. Each supplier has its own rules and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Payments

  • All bookings must be settled at the time of confirmation through our secure checkout system.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (eligible for an 8% discount).
  • Prices are displayed in EURO and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
  • Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be disclosed prior to booking.
  • Refund eligibility is determined by the provider's terms. Travel Office cannot override supplier rules.
  • Where refunds are approved, processing times depend on the payment method.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the equivalent value in the original currency of payment, not market rate fluctuations.

4. Liability

  • Travel Office acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers.
  • We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, accommodation issues, or other service failures attributable to suppliers.
  • Clients assume responsibility for personal safety, travel documents, visas, insurance, and compliance with destination entry requirements.
  • Travel Office is not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or force majeure circumstances.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when booking (names, passport details, contact information).
  • Ensure valid travel documents, permits, and insurance are secured.
  • Use our services in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to supplier-specific policies prior to finalizing a booking.

6. Concierge and Support Services

  • Travel Office offers 24/7 support for active bookings.
  • Assistance includes itinerary adjustments, troubleshooting with providers, and in-trip support.
  • Support is subject to fair use. Excessive or unreasonable requests may result in limited service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected for the purpose of processing bookings and delivering services.
  • Data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
  • By using Travel Office, you consent to the processing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications of Terms

  • Travel Office reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the company's country of incorporation.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
